Tuition Details
- $3250 deposit upon enrollment – Visa & Mastercard accepted (3% convenience fee).
- December 1, 2023 – Last day deposits are refundable minus $250 administrative fee per camper
- $250 administrative fee per camper is non-refundable and ineligible to be used as a credit
- January 4, 2024 – $2,500 installment due per camper (this is included in deposit)
- Balances not paid by check will automatically be charged to card with 3% convenience fee
- February 5, 2024 – Final day to reduce weeks to a minimum of 4 and receive a refund
- February 5, 2024 – No monies are refundable after this date
- March 1, 2024 – Balance due
- Balances not paid by check will automatically be charged to card with 3% convenience fee
- May 24, 2024 – Last day to receive credit for weeks dropped
- There is no camp Thursday, July 4th, 2024
- Pay by check discount built into tuition – 3% convenience fee added to balances paid by credit card
- Tuition includes: Central transportation, hot & cold lunch, all tips, snacks, camp picture, t-shirt, backpack and all camp activities.
