Tuition Details
- $1,250 deposit upon enrollment – Visa & Mastercard accepted (no convenience fee for debit cards)
- November 12, 2025 – Last day deposits are refundable minus $400 administrative fee per camper
- $400 administrative fee per camper is non-refundable and ineligible to be used as a credit
- November 12, 2025 – $3,000 installment due per camper
- Balances not paid by check will automatically be charged to card with 3% convenience fee
- January 15, 2026 – Last day November tuition installment is refundable
- February 3, 2026 – No monies are refundable after this date
- February 3, 2026 – Balance due
- Balances not paid by check will automatically be charged to card with 3% convenience fee
- February 13, 2026 – Final day to reduce weeks to a minimum of 4 and receive a refund
- May 1, 2026 – Last day to receive credit for weeks dropped
- There is no camp Friday, July 3, 2026
- Tuition includes: Central transportation, hot & cold lunch, all tips, snacks, t-shirt, backpack and all camp activities.
