CITs
The Willow Lake Counselor-In-Training Program is designed to provide our oldest campers with an exciting and challenging learning experience that includes the opportunity to gain valuable leadership skills. CITs will have the chance to work with various age groups and also have the ability to choose to assist in areas such as athletics or arts. These campers also participate in experiential learning, workshops and seminars as part of their experience. Their spirit and love of Willow Lake is second to none! We are proud that so many CITs graduate our program and become future Willow Lake staff.

Willow Lake CIT’s participate in special events with their peers, such as:
- Tubing on Lake Hopatcong
- Camelbeach
- Dance Party
- Game Show
- Community Service Opportunities
